Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is important to us. For all products except Ailes Hair Growth Oil, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is defective or damaged.
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Ailes Scalp and Hair Growth Oil is non-returnable.
